At AdTranquility, we’re committed to offering a safe, flexible and transparent experience.
This policy explains how free trials, subscriptions, cancellations and refunds work.

1. Free Trial and Subscription activation
- All new users benefit from a 7-day free trial with full access to the AdTranquility Android application (and Chrome/Edge desktop extension, if included in a Bundle offer).
- No charges are made during the 7-day free trial.
- When starting your trial, you will be asked to select a subscription plan with Weekly or Monthly recurring billing payments.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will automatically activate, and your payment method will be charged for the amount corresponding to your selected plan.
2. Auto-Renewal
After your free trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (Weekly or Monthly), unless you decide to cancel.
You can manage or change your billing frequency at any time directly via the AdTranquility mobile application.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, during or after your free trial.
Cancellations take effect immediately, and no further charges will occur after the date of cancellation.
If no refund is issued, you’ll retain access to AdTranquility’s products until the end of your current billing cycle.
If a refund is granted, your access to AdTranquility’s products will be revoked once the refund is initiated (normally within 24 hours).

4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only upon explicit customer request and are accepted only if submitted within the applicable refund window, as detailed below.
A. Subscriptions purchased via Google Play Store
- EEA* and UK customers
If you made your purchase in an EEA country or in the United Kingdom, you are eligible for a refund if you request it:
- Within 14 days of your initial subscription payment, or
- Within 48 hours of a renewal charge (Weekly or Monthly, depending on your selected plan frequency).
Refunds apply only to the most recent charge (initial or renewal).
Once your refund request is initiated (normally within 24hours), your access to AdTranquility’s products will be revoked.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–15 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Please note: this timeline is determined by your bank or payment provider’s policies, which are outside of our control.
* EEA countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway.
- All other countries (non-EEA / non-UK)
If you made your purchase in any other country, you are eligible for a refund if you request it:
- Within 48 hours of the charge, whether it is your initial subscription payment, or a renewal (Weekly or Monthly, depending on your selected plan frequency).
Refunds apply only to the most recent charge (initial or renewal).
Once your refund request is initiated (normally within 24hours), your access to AdTranquility’s products will be revoked.

B. Subscriptions purchased via 2Checkout (Verifone)
You are eligible for a refund if you request it:
- Within 14 days of your initial subscription payment, or
- Within 48 hours of a renewal charge (Weekly or Monthly, depending on your selected plan frequency).
Refunds apply only to the most recent charge (initial or renewal).
Once your refund request is initiated (normally within 24hours), your access to AdTranquility’s products will be revoked.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–15 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

C. Plans not eligible for refund
Subscriptions purchased at a discounted or promotional rate (including retention offers accepted after cancellation) are not eligible for refunds, as stated at the time of purchase.
When cancelling a discounted or promotional rate subscription, you’ll retain access to AdTranquility’s products until the end of your current billing cycle.
